Inspection activities are carried out according to product specifications, approved samples, production requirements, and customer expectations.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials, electronic components, and other production inputs are reviewed before they enter the manufacturing process. Our quality team checks relevant specifications, quantities, labeling, packaging condition, and visible defects. Where applicable, key characteristics are verified against approved technical documents or product requirements to help prevent unsuitable materials from affecting downstream production.

• Verification of material types, specifications, and quantities.
• Visual inspection for damage, contamination, deformation, or other noticeable defects.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Quality checks are performed during production to identify deviations at an early stage. Operators and quality personnel follow defined work instructions, process requirements, and inspection points to support consistency across production batches. Process conditions, workmanship, assembly details, and handling practices are monitored according to the characteristics of each product.

• First-piece or initial production checks when required.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Before products are released, finished units are inspected against applicable specifications and approved requirements. The inspection scope may include appearance, dimensions, assembly quality, labeling, functionality, and other key characteristics relevant to the product. Testing and verification are conducted using suitable methods and equipment, subject to product specifications.

• Appearance and workmanship inspection under suitable visual conditions.
• Verification of dimensions, structure, labeling, and product identification where applicable.

• Review of inspection results before approval for packing or shipment.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging is checked to help protect products during storage, handling, and international transportation. Before shipment, we review product quantity, model or specification information, labels, packing materials, and shipping documentation. The final check is intended to reduce the risk of incorrect quantities, mixed items, damaged packaging, or other avoidable delivery issues.

• Confirmation of product quantity and packing configuration.
• Inspection of cartons, protective materials, labels, and markings.
• Verification of product identity against the purchase order or approved shipping details.
• Final review of shipment condition before dispatch.

5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Quality information from inspections, production activities, customer feedback, and delivery reviews is used to identify potential causes of problems and improvement opportunities. When a nonconformance is found, the relevant team evaluates the issue, applies appropriate corrective action, and follows up on the effectiveness of the response.
